TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DroneLUTs website and the purchase of digital products from Drone Companion Ltd ("we", "us", or "our").

1. COMPANY DETAILS

DroneLUTs is operated by Drone Companion Ltd.
Company No. 16906620, registered in England and Wales.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

We sell digital Look-Up Tables (LUTs) and presets ("Products"). No physical goods will be shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a link to download your purchased Products.

Your purchase includes lifetime access to the purchased files. For security, each individual download link expires after 30 days and allows up to 20 downloads. You can request a fresh download link at any time using the "Recover My Downloads" page with your purchase email address.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are stated on the website and include applicable VAT for customers where VAT is charged. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

4. DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Under UK Consumer law, you have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases. However, by ticking the consent box at checkout, you explicitly agree to immediate digital delivery of the Product and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel and request a refund once the download is made available to you.

5. REFUNDS

Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are only issued if:

  • The digital file is fundamentally faulty or corrupted.
  • The product delivered is completely different from the product description.
  • We are legally required to do so.

Refunds are not granted for changes of mind, lacking compatible software, or failing to read the product requirements (e.g., using Rec.709 LUTs on Log footage without conversion).

6. LICENCE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the Products for personal and commercial video or photo editing.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the Products.
  • Bundle the Products with your own software or presets for sale.
  • Upload the Products to public servers or file-sharing networks.

All intellectual property rights in the Products remain the property of Drone Companion Ltd.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your purchase or use of the Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages, including loss of data or loss of profit.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
